Kittcom received the following calls on Aug. 14-15 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

n Multi-colored bulls were reported in a year on Canyon View Lane.

n A vehicle reportedly was broken into on East Cherry Lane.

n A dead rat was reported on the sidewalk on East Manitoba Avenue.

n Two brown and white cows were reported in the roadway on Fairview Road.

n A person called in with a question about riding electric bicycles on trails where motorized vehicles are no allowed.

n A burglary was reported on Upper Peoh Point Road.

n An assault was reported on state Route 10.

n A non-injury collision was reported on South Railroad Avenue.

n A housekeeper reportedly found a gun, case and ammunition that did not belong to the homeowner in Cle Elum.

n A dog reportedly was off leash in the Japanese Garden on the Central Washington University campus. The reporting party was allergic to dogs.

n Two dogs reportedly were locked inside a Ford F-150 on South Canyon Road. The windows were cracked open and the dogs appeared in distress.

n Community locked mailboxes reportedly were stolen on Vantage Highway. It appeared that the base was unbolted.

n Two people reportedly were observed smoking marijuana in a tan Impala in a parking lot of a fast-food restaurant on West University Way.

n A car reportedly was hit by debris from a glass work truck on Anderson Road and Umptanum Road.

n An old dog reportedly was in a maroon and copper Subaru in the east end of a parking lot on South Water Street.

n A white cow reportedly was in the roadway on Hungry Junction Road.

n The west bound stop sign reportedly was down on West Seventh Avenue and North Water Street.

n A person reportedly observed black bubbles on the surface of Hanson Ponds last week.

n A theft was reported on North Oakes Avenue.

n A hit and run was reported on Interstate 90, mile post 80.

n A man who appeared to be intoxicated reportedly was threatening to kill everyone on Kachess Lake Road.

n A two-vehicle collision was reported on I-90, mile post 53.

n A dog reportedly has been howling all night on Twin Lakes Road near Cle Elum.

Fire

Kittcom received the following calls on Aug. 14-15 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

n A shed near a mobile home reportedly was on fire on state Route 97.

n A building reportedly was evacuated for a fire alarm on West Washington Avenue.

n A campfire was reported on Watson Cutoff Road.

Arrests

The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Aug. 14-15 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

n A 26-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for two counts of failure to comply with third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $30,000.

n A 63-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for possession of depiction of minor/sexually explicit. No bail.
