Police | Kittcom received the following calls from July 19-20 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

• Three horses reportedly went missing during the night on state Route 970.

• There was a report of three bullet holes being found on the west side of a residence on Nelson Siding Road.

• There was a report of shots being fired on South Sampson Street.

• A vehicle reportedly collided with a bicyclist on North Main Street.

• There was a report of city vehicles having their fuel siphoned on Industrial Loop.

• Three medium-sized dogs reportedly were running south on North Water Street.

• There was a report of a light bulb being stolen from a front porch on East Second Street. The caller said they’ve had an ongoing issue of being harassed by unknown people.

Fire | Kittcom received the following calls from July 19-20 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

• There was a report of a person with breathing problems on South Water Street.

• There was a report of smoke being seen near Vantage.

• There was a report of an outside fire on Hungry Junction. The caller said the amount of smoke was growing and they could not see through it.

• There was a report of an outside fire on Vanderbilt Road. Brush and grass were on fire and the caller advised they had it contained, but still requested fire units.

Arrests | The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from July 19-20 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

• A 27-year-old Lake Stevens woman was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failing to appear in court for third-degree theft. Bail $15,000.

• A 43-year-old Spokane man was arrested by Washington State Patrol troopers for failing to appear in court for driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bail $10,000.

• A 55-year-old Yakima man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failing to appear in court for third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $5,000.

• A 24-year-old Burien man was arrested by Washington State Patrol troopers for violating his probation, possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana and third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $2,100.

• A 44-year-old Seattle man was arrested by the Kittitas County Clerk’s office for failing to appear or pay. Bail $4,720.55.

• A 33-year-old Seattle man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for fourth-degree assault. Bail $1,000.

• A 24-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Central Washington University Police officers for failing to comply with law enforcement, residential burglary and voyeurism. Bail $500,000.
