Police | Kittcom received the following calls on Nov. 18-19 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

  • Dogs reportedly were barking all through the night.
  • An unknown woman was reportedly outside kicking a caller's door.
  • A dog reportedly was running around a caller's yard.
  • A large dump trailer reportedly was stolen on North Water Street. It was full of glass and materials.
  • A drift boat reportedly was parked in the turn around on Cooke Canyon Road.
  • A Toyota Camry was side swiped in a reported hit and run on North Chestnut Street.
  • A caller reportedly was on a "sugar daddy" website, in search of someone to pay her money and a man asked her to wire money to him and buy him gift cards to partake in financial domination.
  • A man in his late 20s with blond hair, facial hair, a black coat and a lime green back pack reportedly was yelling on North Main Street.
  • A man reportedly was using a banana as a fake weapon, pointing it at people.
  • Really skinny cows were reported on Freedom Lane in Ellensburg.
  • A man reportedly was screaming and broke a window and was yelling at someone about a lost phone.
  • Items reportedly were stolen and the caller suspected it was his neighbor.
  • A man, possibly a transient, reportedly was not in his right mind and dancing around.
  • A call reportedly came across video footage of a car accident aftermath from yesterday afternoon that was being posted by students across Snapchat and other social media.
  • A dog reportedly wearing a service dog vest was behaving in a manner that didn't seem like he was a service dog.
  • A man in a red sedan reportedly hopped out and appeared to be messing with a vehicle in a red building.
  • Two men reportedly ran out of a bar without paying their tab.
  • A man reportedly was yelling on Wildcat Way because he couldn't enter a facility without a guest pass.
  • Several men reportedly were acting erratically on state Route 970.
  • A man reportedly was singing loudly in a back parking lot on Mountain View Avenue.
  • A man reportedly was examining bikes on a bike rack on South Water Street.

Fire | Kittcom received the following calls on Nov. 18-19 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

  • Two commercial fire alarms reportedly went off on Kachess Lake Road.

Arrests | The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Nov. 18-19 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

  • A 29-year-old Cle Elum man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff's deputies for failure to appear for displaying counterfeit mark. Bail $5,000.
  • A 30-year-old Houston, Texas, man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff's deputies for failure to appear for driving under the influence, failure to appear for reckless endangerment and failure to appear for obstructing a public servant. Bail $25,100.
  • A 28-year-old Burbank man was arrested by Ellensburg Police Officers for driving under the influence. Bail $1,000.
  • A 37-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff's deputies for obstruction of a public servant, drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for possession of stolen property second degree and theft second degree. Bail $10,000.
