Police | Kittcom received the following calls on Nov. 25-26 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

  • A neighbor on West Umptanum Road reportedly shot off five rounds two weeks ago.
  • A man reportedly was threatening another woman because she mentioned it was him that robbed the store.
  • A blue Nissan Pathfinder reportedly was struck by a gray Toyota on Billings Avenue.
  • A dog reportedly was attacked by a neighbor’s dog at 11:30 a.m. and was taken to the vet.
  • A goat reportedly was stuck in a fence on Brick Mill Road. The caller tried to get wire cutters to cut the goat loose.
  • A fraudulent call from someone pretending to be the IRS was reported.
  • A caller’s son reportedly left his shotgun at the Roza Boat Launch while duck hunting on Saturday.
  • A women reportedly left with documents that didn’t belong to her on Tree Farm Road.
  • A package reportedly was stolen from a residence by neighbors on West Helena Avenue.
  • A blue Camry driven by a man with sandy bro hair reportedly ran the bus stop sign when the bus stopped on Currier Creek.
  • A 6-foot man with gray hair and a green coat was kicked off the bus for knocking things over.
  • An ex-husband reportedly took wood of a caller’s property on Ridgeview Lane.
  • Loud music was reported on Peakview Drive.
  • A man reportedly was hiding behind a dumpster with a bike and yelled “Hey, someone was trying to call the cops on me and I’m trying to hide.”
  • A man in a car wash with a bicycle reportedly was waving a clipboard around.

Fire | Kittcom received the following calls on Nov. 25-26 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

  • A tanker with flammable placards reportedly was leaking something near a grade school on Manastash Road.
  • Loud bangs were reported on South Ruby Street.
  • Visible flames were reported outside Fire Willey Lane and Upper Peoh Point Road.

Arrests | The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Nov. 25-26 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

  • A 30-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s Deputies for second degree possession of stolen property and third degree theft. No bail.
