Police | Kittcom received the following calls on Nov. 16-18 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

  • A loader shed reportedly was broken into on Third Street in Cle Elum.
  • A black back pack reportedly was sitting in parking stalls in front of the restroom on West Fifth Avenue. A man on a motorcycle has left and come back several times looking at it.
  • A chop saw and miscellaneous tools reportedly were stolen from the back of a truck parked on Triple L Loop.
  • Three mailboxes reportedly were damaged by a fiberglass stick on Double Creek Lane.
  • Two dogs reportedly were running loose along the side of a building on West 15th Avenue.
  • A brown pit bull and a whited dog reportedly were running loose on North Prospect Street.
  • A man reportedly keeps showing up at South Main Street and West Tacoma Avenue dancing and yelling at people while stopping traffic. He also has been going through mailboxes.
  • A hit and run involving a sedan and as Suburban was reported on South Main Street.
  • A vehicle reportedly rolled over on East Fifth Avenue and North Walnut Street.
  • There was a report that a man shot a dog for chasing his horse on state Route 97.
  • A utility box reportedly was hit by a vehicle on 18th Avenue.
  • A man on a scooter reportedly drove up and took something out of a green older model Lincoln parked on a driveway on North Ellington Street. The man got back on his scooter and left northbound on Ellington.
  • A strange artwork doll with multiple arm was left on a patio table outside residence on North Maple Street.
  • Two bunnies reportedly were found in a box near the John Wayne Trail at North Brook Lane. One bunny was dead and other alive.
  • Geese decoys were reported on Canyon Road.
  • A black dog reportedly was in the roadway on Wilson Creek Road.
  • A two-vehicle, non-injury collision was reported on North Peoh Avenue and East Second Street.
  • A man in a biker vest, who appeared to be under the influence of something, reportedly was dancing in the street at South Pearl Street an West Washington.
  • A two-vehicle collision was reported on East Third Avenue and North Alder Street.
  • There was a report of a man smoking something out of a can on Ruby Street.
  • A power box on the corner of North Chestnut Street and East 18th Avenue reportedly appeared to have been hit by a vehicle.
  • A person reported hearing drilling in the walls on both sides of his room on Dolarway Road. The person believed the holes were being drilled to record pornography.

Fire | Kittcom received the following calls on Nov. 16-18 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

  • There was a report of visible flames coming from the living room of a residence on West Third Street in Cle Elum.
  • An outside fire was reported on Airport Road.

Arrests | The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Nov. 16-18 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

  • A 47-year-old Sequim man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for harassment and third-degree malicious mischief. Bail $10,000.
  • A 52-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for two counts of failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $30,000.
  • A 35-year-old Graham man was arrested by Cle Elum-Roslyn-South Cle Elum Police officers for second-degree possession of stolen property. Bail $5,000.
  • A 26-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for failure to appear for third-degree theft (bail $10,000), three counts of failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license (bail $17,000), failure to appear for second-degree theft and failure to appear for first-degree trafficking stolen property (bail $10,000), and possession/delivery of meth and use of drug paraphernalia (no bail).
