n A dead deer was reported on the side of the roadway on Reecer Creek Road.

n There was a report that $4,000 was found in the garbage on South Canyon Road.

n A two-vehicle, non-injury collision was reported on North B Street.

n A 17-year-old male wearing a beanie and a black sweatshirt reportedly was throwing signs around and yelling at people to stay on the trail on North Alder Street.

n An assault was reported on East Mountain View Avenue.

n A non-injury collision was reported on South Canyon Road.

n A woman reportedly called to ask whether she could donate wood from a torn down bard to homeless people on state Route 821.

n There was a report of a dead animals in a drop site near Cabin Creek.

n A man wearing a blue shirt with khaki pants reportedly was observed climbing a light pole on West University Way.

n An assault was reported on East Capitol Avenue.

n A Schwinn bicycle was reported stolen on West 15th Avenue.

n An assault was reported on Pointer Lane.

n A chocolate Lab reportedly was running in and out of traffic on South Cle Elum Way.

n There was a report of a person outside playing a saxophone loudly on South Pearl Street.

n A low-hanging power line was reported on No. 6 Road.

n There were no reported fire calls in this time period.

Arrests

The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Oct. 8-9 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

n A 46-year-old Auburn man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers 825 Eastlake Ave failure to appear for disorderly conduct. Bail $10,000.

n A 35-year-old Bridgeport woman was arrested by State Patrol troopers for failure to appear for reckless driving. Bail $15,000.

n A 33-year-old Spokane City man was arrested by Cle Elum-Roslyn-South Cle Elum Police officers for failure to appear for third-degree theft. Bail $2.100.

n A 21-year-old Yakima woman was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $2,000.
