  • A Toyota Scion reportedly was upside down blocking the roadway on Robinson Canyon Road.
  • A Honda CRV reportedly was stolen on East Sixth Avenue.
  • A stop sign reportedly was left near a front door on East Sixth Avenue.
  • A vehicle reportedly hit a propane tank on West First Street.
  • A non-injury collision involving a Acura and a Chevy Malibu was reported on South Canyon Road.
  • A golf cart reportedly struck a Ford Escape on East 14th Avenue.
  • A theft was reported on East Seventh Avenue.
  • A tire on a Ford Explorer reportedly was slashed by someone in a white shirt riding a BMX bicycle on East Cherry Lane.
  • A four-wheeler reportedly was stolen on East Seventh Avenue.
  • A non-injury collision was reported on Lake Keechelus Access Road.
  • A vehicle prowl was reported on North Ruby Street.
  • A rock reportedly had been thrown through a window on Walnut Street.
  • A burglary was reported on Chandler Road.
  • There was a report of a man walking two dogs on the Coal Mines Trail — one off-leash, one on-leash. The off-leash dog reportedly attacked a woman’s dog. When she confronted the man, he said he could shoot her dog.
  • A man reportedly was trying to get into a Culligan van on East Eighth Avenue. It was unclear if the man owned the van.
  • A downed power line was reported on Naneum Road.
  • A non-injury collision involving a Mini Cooper was reported on North Ruby Street.
  • A non-injury collision was reported on state Route 97.
  • Vehicles reportedly were driving at a high rate of speed on Nelson Siding Road.
  • On horse was reported in the roadway on Westside Road.
  • Two dogs reportedly were locked in a mini van on South First Street and West Pennsylvania Avenue in Roslyn. The windows were rolled down.
  • A burglary was reported on South Pine Street.
  • A rock reportedly was thrown through a window on North Walnut Street.
  • A woman reported that someone pulled out her garden flowers and let the air out of the tires of her car on South Pearl Street.
  • Graffiti was reported on businesses on Pearl Street.
  • A man reportedly was jumping in the roadway on North Ruby Street.
  • A house reportedly was egged and tomatoed on East 17th Avenue.
  • A non-injury collision was reported on Nelson Siding Road.
  • A dead deer with a balloon tied to it reportedly was in the roadway on Salmon la Sac Road.
  • Cattle were reported in the roadway on Cooke Canyon Road.
  • Four or five juvenile bought some candy and then climbed on the trash compactor to access the roof of a store on West First Street in Cle Elum.
  • An assault was reported on East University Way.

Fire | Kittcom received the following calls on Sept. 1-3 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

  • A brush fire was reported on Interstate 82, mile post 6.
  • Garbage reportedly was being burned in a backyard on East White Birch Avenue.
  • A campfire was reported on Highmark Drive near Cle Elum.

Arrests | The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Sept. 1-3 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

  • A 27-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Bail $25,000.
  • A 22-year-old Ellensburg man woman was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failure to appear for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession/use of drug paraphernalia. Bail $15,000.
  • A 35-year-old Kittitas man was arrested by Kittitas Police officers for failure to appear for two counts of driving with a suspended license and third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $6,500.
  • A 36-year-old Bucoda man was arrested by State Patrol troopers for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bail $5,000.
  • A 45-year-old Ellensburg woman was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. Bail $5,000.
  • A 61-year-old Ronald woman was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for fourth-degree assault. Bail $5,000.
  • A 36-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failure to comply with third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $15,000.
  • A 26-year-old Seattle man was arrested by State Patrol troopers for third-degree driving with a suspended license (bail $500), and failure to appear for third-degree theft (no bail).
  • A 27-year-old Maple Falls woman was arrested by State Patrol troopers for obstructing a public servant (bail $1,000), driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, hit and run (bail $10,000), failure to appear for making a false or misleading statement to a public servant and first-degree negligent driving (no bail).
  • A 42-year-old Coos Bay, Oregon man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for being a fugitive from justice (no bail) and failure to appear for possession/delivery methamphetamine (bail $6,000).
  • A 49-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for harassment. Bail $1,000.
  • A 38-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for first-degree criminal trespassing. Bail $1,000.
