Kittcom received the following calls on Sept. 3-4 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

n Domestic pigs reportedly were in a hay field on No. 6 Road.

n There was a report of eight dogs at a residence and that none were vaccinated or house broken on Game Farm Road.

n A theft was reported on Secret Valley Road.

n A loaded bong and lights were in plain view in a vehicle parked on North Walnut Street.

n There was a report of an ongoing problem with eight large dogs acting aggressive toward and chasing cyclists on North Thorp Highway.

n A bicycle was reported stolen on South Maple Street.

n A generator was reported stolen on Kachess Lake Road.

n A girl with pigtails and glasses reported was riding her bike in he roadway on Vantage Highway.

n Packages were reported stolen from a mailbox on North Brook Court.

n Two small children were left unattended in a running Mitsubishi SUV in a parking lot on North Ruby Street. The children were playing with the windshield wipers and other car gadgets and there was a concern they’d put the vehicle into gear.

n A non-injury collision involving a semi and a vehicle was reported west of the roundabout on state Route 97 and Interstate 90.

n A cow reportedly was stuck in a pond on the north side of the roadway on I-90 westbound, mile post 115.

n There was a report that a dog jumped on a women in a hotel lobby on Monday on South Canyon Road.

n There was a report that an unknown animal was shot and killed on Broadway Avenue in South Cle Elum on Sunday night.

n Graffiti was reported on North Ruby Street.

n A person reportedly was bitten by a dog on North Montgomery Avenue in Cle Elum.

n A non-injury, two-vehicle collision was reported on South Water Street.

n A collision was reported on Thrall Road.

n Four subjects reportedly were yelling in the roadway — unknown about what — on North Alder Street.

n A tree branch reportedly was knocked down over a power line on East Sixth Avenue.

n Items from a wallet reportedly were stolen from a vehicle on Salmon la Sac Road.

Arrests

The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Sept. 3-4 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

n A 22-year-old Wapato man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failure to appear for obstructing a public servant, failure to appear for resisting arrests, probation/parole violation and third-degree theft. Bail $20,000.

n A 34-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failure to appear for third-degree theft. Bail $25,000.

n A 29-year-old Bellevue man was arrested by State Patrol troopers for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $1,000.

n A 47-year-old Seattle man was arrested by State Patrol troopers for failure to comply with third-degree driving with a suspended license. Bail $1,000.

n A 49-year-old Tacoma man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for failure to comply with third-degree theft. Bail $1,100.

n A 26-year-old Wapato man was arrested by Central Washington University Police officers for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault. Bail $5,000.

n A 44-year-old Royal City man was arrested by State Patrol troopers for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device. Bail $1,000.
