Police

Kittcom received the following calls on Sept. 9-10 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

n There was a report of a man sitting inside a business huffing from a spray paint can on West Tacoma Avenue.

n Unknown subjects reportedly stole garbage from a marijuana store on South Canyon Road.

n A cash bag was reportedly missing from a business on South Railroad Avenue. Unknown if stolen.

n A non-injury collision was reported on West Seventh Avenue and North Main Street.

n A bicycle reportedly was stolen on East Manitoba Avenue.

n A shed reportedly had been struck by a vehicle on East Dean Nicholson Boulevard.

n A yellow Lab was reported in the roadway on East Second and Bullitt Avenue.

n A man wearing all grey reportedly attempted to steal a bicycle on North Airport Road.

n A semi reportedly ran a school bus stop sign on Rossetti Way and South Cle Elum Way.

n Two vehicles reportedly were racing down a ditch on Tipton Road.

n A suitcase containing rocks and clothing was left behind an air conditioner on North Harris Avenue.

n Two juvenile boys reportedly were placing with 2-by-4s on West Patrick Avenue and North Spokane Street.

n Dogs reportedly could be heard fighting on Lincoln Avenue and Main Street in South Cle Elum.

n There was a report of a man wandering around the property putting dog feces on residence’s doors on East Manitoba Avenue.

n There was a report of a strong smell on South Chestnut Street. It was not clear what the smell was, but it smelled like a dog could’ve possibly defecated.

Fire

Kittcom received the following calls on Sept. 9-10 (calls are made to the 911 line and the non-emergency business line):

n There were no fire calls reported in this time period.

Arrests

The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Sept. 9-10 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):

n A 40-year-old Ellensburg man was arrested by Ellensburg Police officers for unlawful inhalation. Bail $500.

n A 26-year-old Cle Elum man was arrested by Cle Elum-Roslyn-South Cle Elum Police officers for fourth-degree assault. Bail $3,000.

n A 23-year-old Black Diamond man was arrested by State Patrol troopers for reckless driving. Bail $5,000.

n A 40-year-old Oak Harbor woman was arrested by State Patrol troopers for failure to appear for contempt of court. Bail $2,500 (cash).
