Amethyst Gin

Looking for the perfect pint-sized gift? Have a crazy wine aunt who seems to have everything? Amethyst Gin has the perfect thing for you.

One of the first craft distillery’s in the state, Ralph Bullock and Deborah Borin started Amethyst Gin as a lavender farm, growing flowers, distilling lavender oils, and selling other lavender based products until the idea to start distilling whiskey was suggested. Ralph helped to build the machinery for the distillery, and with Deborah’s creative outlook, Amethyst Gin became the second distillery in Washington state in 2008.

Handcrafted in small batches, the distilled products carry a hint of lavender and can be found at both the Ellensburg farmers market, downtown Yakima farmers market, and at various holiday markets. The distilling, and growing, of the lavender is done on the farm, and appointments can be made for individuals who are curious about the process.
