NOTICE OF SEPA ACTION Hajny Trading SE-19-00009 NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, Kittitas County Community Development Services did on August 15, 2019 issue a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) on the addition of a mobile office, truck scale, and barn rebuild at the Hajny Trading Facility. The proposed structures are a permitted use under KCC A SEPA review is required due to the use exceeding the minimum commercial square footage threshold pursuant to KCC 15.04.090. The project site is located approximately 1.5 miles east of the City of Kittitas. The project site is in Section 8, T17N, R20E, at 51 Prater Rd, Parcel #450633. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 days. Any person, affected tribe, or agency may submit comments to the lead agency within 15 days of the date of issuance of the DNS.
