A dead elk was reported on the roadway on Vantage Highway, milepost 24.
There was a report that a single vehicle appeared to have been in a collision on North Willow street. There was a light green truck with front-end damage.
Someone in a Ford Escape reportedly threw a can out the window of the vehicle in a parking lot on South Water Street.
There was a call referencing an inmate fight from the day before on West Fifth Avenue.
A burglary was reported on Heron Drive near Cle Elum.
A non-injury collision was reported on East Umptanum Road and South Canyon Road.
A man in his 30s with dreadlocks wearing a camo jacket and with a dog reportedly was carrying a gun over his shoulder on West First Street in Cle Elum.
A non-injury collision involving a black Dodge Ram and a white Silverado was reported on South Canyon Road.
A white dog reportedly was walking in the roadway on Cove Road and Weaver Road.
The passenger window of a vehicle reportedly was broken and small items and a debit card were stolen on Interstate 90 and Thrall Road.
Two Rottweilers reportedly were in the reporting party’s driveway and she was unable to get out of her vehicle on Vantage Highway.
A theft was reported on North Walnut Street.
A hit and run was reported on North Ferguson Road and Kittitas Highway.
A semi reportedly snagged a wire on Vantage Highway and Strande Road.
A Ford F350 reportedly attempted to stop at a stop sign, slid on the ice and rear-ended a Honda Pilot on South Matthews Road and Kittitas Highway.
Fire

A small fire was reported near the Ellensburg Racquet and Recreation Center, which had burned down on Vantage Highway.
A structure fire was reported on Casey Drive.
Arrests
The following people were booked in Kittitas County Jail from Dec. 15-16 (Bail and arresting agency information not available for all bookings):
A 26-year-old Seattle man was arrested by Kittitas County Sheriff’s deputies for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence. No bail.
A 48-year-old Tacoma man was arrested by State Patrol troopers for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bail $1,000.
