ELLENSBURG — Chicano leader Ricardo Garcia will discuss early Chicano activist history in the region and recount the rise of Radio KDNA at Central Washington University’s Museum of Culture and Environment 5:30 p.m. today.

The “Voices of Migration” event will celebrate diverse voices, explore the experiences of migration and the struggles and successes of immigrants in Central Washington, according to a news release. This event is free and open to the public.
