A motorcyclist was injured in a collision on Interstate 90 five miles west of Easton Friday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol.

William Davis, 25, of Spokane Valley was traveling eastbound near milepost 66 on a black 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he came around a slight curve and struck the rumble strips, lost control and came to a rest on the right shoulder. Davis was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Davis was transported to Kittitas Valley Hospital for injuries, according to WSP.

According to the State Patrol report, Davis is being charged with no motorcycle endorsement and no ignition interlock.
