Grange Christmas dinner

The annual Swauk-Teanaway Grange community Christmas dinner is Dec. 8.

The Swauk-Teanaway Grange is hosting its annual community Christmas Dinner at 1 p.m. Dec. 8, according to a news release.

The Grange provides turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy at no cost. Attendees are asked to bring a side dish such as a vegetable, salad, rolls or a dessert to share. What began as a handful of Grange members sharing a holiday meal has grown into a large gathering of community members enjoying a delicious meal and festive holiday entertainment.

The grange is also collecting donations of non-perishable food, unwrapped gifts, children’s books, etc. for Kittitas County Christmas programs. Cash donations for the Christmas Basket programs will also be accepted.

The Mountain Voices Christmas Choir will perform at 1 p.m., followed by the dinner.
