In addition to COVID-19 vaccine locations via the Washington State Department of Health’s (DOH) vaccine locator tool, Kittitas County has multiple vaccine clinics planned through December of this year.

A missing 30-year-old Mississippi man, whose car was involved in a one-vehicle collision on Bullfrog Road on Nov. 16, was found deceased on Sunday, according to a news release from the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.

Volunteers from the Ellensburg community came together Wednesday to make sure everybody in town had a happy Thanksgiving. The annual Community Thanksgiving invited everyone who needed a meal for the holiday, or who just wanted to be a part of the larger community.

The Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) will be hosting an on-site free vaccine clinic for children 5 to 11 years of age to receive the COVID-19 vaccine on Dec. 4., according to a news release from the health department.

The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 30-year old Andrew Morgan of Mississippi, whose car was found abandoned after a minor accident off I-90 near Cle Elum last week, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office.
