The lead has changed hands in the race for Roslyn mayor, according to the results posted Wednesday evening on the Kittitas County Auditor’s website.

In the latest count posted Wednesday evening, incumbent Brent Hals had 122 votes and challenger Doug Johnson, 111 votes. At the end of vote counting Tuesday night, Johnson led by one vote (87-86).

No other races were changed as the result of the latest vote count with candidates in the lead as of Tuesday night holding similar advantages as of Wednesday night.

According to the Auditor’s website, the next vote count is Friday afternoon. The election will be certified on Nov. 26.
