The corner lot on the edge of campus on University Way and Chestnut Street has always been one of those locations that people say, “Wow, a restaurant should do well there.”

Rotary Pavilion is the focal point of many downtown community celebrations. Jazz in the Valley uses it as a main stage. Grade school kids will be singing there Saturday as part of the Kids Day at the Kittitas County Farmers Market. It is home of one of the city’s most notable pieces of public art, the bull statue, which in turn is one of the most photographed locations in the city.
